Pet Policy

$400 non-refundable pet fee for first pet. $200 non-refundable pet fee for second pet. $25 per month pet rent, per pet.

Our Community is pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Weight restriction: 75lbs maximum. Call the office for more details.

Pets are defined as dogs, cats, fish, birds and hamsters. Exotic pets or livestock are not permitted to live in our communities. Fish tanks are to be limited in size and no more than 24 gallons.

We love all dogs but breed restrictions apply - you are not permitted to keep an animal that is a member, partially or full, of any of the following breeds: Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Bully, Bull Mastiff (Presa Canario), Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepard, Husky, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terriers also known as 'Pit Bull', Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid or any mix of the above breed. Restrictions are subject to change without notice.

Each lease term, residents must complete pet screening as directed by property management (this may include but is not limited to providing vaccine records and pet photos).
